This August, Queer Theatre welcomes the fabulous drag icon and musical theatre star, Mary Mac, aka JP McCue.
Originally from Glasgow, Mary Mac has captivated audiences worldwide with her unique blend of humour, powerhouse vocals, and extraordinary stage presence. Headlining cruise ships for P&O Cruises and Atlantis Events, she has brought her sensational performances to global audiences. Mary's theatre credits are equally impressive, including standout roles in the acclaimed Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre production of La Cage Aux Folles and the UK tour of the hit musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie. She recently lit up stages as the opening act for drag legend Bianca Del Rio on her unforgettable Unsanitized and Dead Inside UK and European tours. Renowned for electrifying LGBTQ+ venues with her own spectacular cabaret shows, Mary consistently brings down the house with her unforgettable and back-breaking finale, the "Mary Mac Medley."
